Yes, I am a member of another baking group, Daring Bakers! The July Daring Bakers’ challenge was hosted by Nicole at Sweet Tooth. She chose Chocolate Covered Marshmallow Cookies and Milan Cookies from pastry chef Gale Grand of the Food Network.
We had the chance to choose either one or to make both. I decided to stick with the Milan Cookies. This was something I never would have thought of baking. One is I’m not a big chocolate eater; second, I would probably run to the grocery store and pick some up instead.
They did not come out as pretty as I would have liked for them to, but they were tasty.
