2010 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival + Giveaway

I am back from Orlando and had a great time as usual.  My sister and I ran around like we were in our 20s and now, at least I am paying for it.  We attended Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party and scored lots of candy, completed the Wine & Dine Half-Marathon Relay, attended the Disney Food Blog Foodie Fest, ate around Epcot’s World Showcase, and visited all 4 theme parks.  Whew!

I won’t give you lots of details from the Food & Wine Festival, but it was great as usual (check out my post from last year ).  This year marked the 15 anniversary!  There were 3 new booths this year:  South Korea, Charcuterie & Cheese, and Belgium.  Definitely check out the Disney Food Blog for lots of mouth-watering pics and reports.

Because today is my birthday (woo hoo!) and I like to give as well as to recieve, I am offering up this year’s Epcot International Food & Wine Festival Cookbook.

It has 3 different sections:  From the Vault (Beef Tenderloin with Chilean Salsa & Roasted Potatoes!), Guest Favorites (such as this Canadian Cheddar Cheese Soup), and New Recipes (Chocolate Milk Crème Brûlée anyone?).

To enter, all you have to do is leave a comment below (please make sure you leave a valid e-mail address so I can contact you if you win).  For an extra entry, look for my Tweet about the giveaway (@jhgive) and retweet it.

All entries must be recieved by 11:59 pm on 10/10/10.  I will number the entries and use Random Interger Generator to select a number for me and post the winner on Monday, 10/11.

Good luck!

Disclaimer:  I paid for this cookbook myself and did not recieve anything from Walt Disney World for this post.

I love Epcot .I would love to recreate the food in the food and wine festival. It is so great to eat there, but to learn to make things all year round, you wont be in withdrawal ten months a year til the next food and wine festival, and you can make them yourself at home. So I would like to win this! I Would use it!Thanks.

The only way I can think of getting one is from someone who already has one or maybe the festival website?
